In the Tree of Life, Kabbalah offers a design that sheds light on the difference between who we think we are (ego), who we truly are (self), who we are meant to be (soul), who we came here to learn to become (higher self) and the help that is perennially available (spirit).

Using stories, practical exercises, we will learn to recognise, listen to, and understand the levels within us in order to become our best (and happiest) selves.
